Arrival in Frankfurt

EBCOG focuses on sustainability. Join us already at your arrival. We will offer you sustainable travel options closer to the congress.

Travel relaxed and sustainably by train and the Deutsche Bahn event ticket. This will not only allow you to travel to the congress sustainably, but also at a particularly low price. As soon as this is available, you can book it directly here via the website.

In addition, there will be a free ticket for public transport in Frankfurt am Main for all participants for the duration of the congress.

Travelling from Frankfurt Central Station

Frankfurt Central Station is only a few hundred metres away from Messe Frankfurt. The underground station there provides fast direct access with the suburban trains (S-Bahn) and underground trains (U-Bahn). In addition, you can switch to a tram or taxi once you arrive at the Central Station.

If you prefer to walk, this should take around 10 minutes.

Travelling from the airport

From Frankfurt Airport, it is a 15-minute journey by car or taxi to the exhibition grounds, arriving at Entrance Congress Center.

From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn suburban train lines S8 or S9 (in the direction of Hanau or Offenbach Ost) to Frankfurt Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof"). Suburban train lines S3, S4, S5 and S6 will then take you directly to the trade fair grounds (station: “Frankfurt (Main) Messe”).

Coming from the city by bicycle

You can also reach Messe Frankfurt very easily by bicycle. We would ask you to park your bicycle at one of the indicated parking areas. These can be found e.g. at the City entrance andat the entrance to the Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage building (next to the Congress Center and the Festhalle).

Barrier-free congress

A barrier-free access ensures that mobility-impaired visitors can access all session rooms. If you are a disabled visitor with an accompanying person, he or she is entitled to free admission. This is valid for one accompanying person only and in connection with your booking confirmation. All of the sanitation facilities for the disabled on the exhibition grounds have been equipped with European disabled toilet locks. If you do not have a European disabled toilet key, our hall personnel will be happy to unlock the WC for you.

People with a disabled parking pass or an “aG” type disability pass for severely impaired mobility are requested not to go to the Rebstock multi-storey car park but rather to the North Gate (Tor Nord), where our traffic attendants will provide them with a suitable parking space on the exhibition grounds.
