Luncheon Symposium / HotSpot Stage
Showcase your company and expertise as part of the EBCOG Congress 2025 sponsorship programme.
For your exclusive event (e.g., a luncheon symposium or presentation at the HotSpot stage in the exhibition hall), please send us the following information via email by 28th February 2025:
- Event title(s)
- Event format
- Names of speakers and moderators

Upload Company Logo
To ensure optimal visibility for sponsors in all congress media, please send us your high-resolution logo (SVG or PNG format) via email to ebcog-congress@cpo-hanser.de by 28th April 2025.
Website Advertising Banners
Your advertisement banners will be featured on the website. For proper display on both PC and mobile devices, banners must be submitted in two sizes:
- 300 x 600 pixels (browser)
- 300 x 100 pixels (mobile banner)
Technical specifications:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Max. file size: 150 KB
- Resolution: 72 dpi
Deadline: 28th April 2025
Send banners to ebcog-congress@cpo-hanser.de. If the banner is not included in your sponsorship package, contact us for booking options and associated costs.
Programme Advertisement (Full Page / inside)
- Dimensions: 105 mm x 148 mm
- Bleed: Additional 3 mm
- File format: PDF
- Resolution: Min. 300 dpi
- Color: CMYK
Ensure a 6 mm margin around the design with no critical text or images within this area. Send your ad(s) to ebcog-congress@cpo-hanser.de.

App Advertisement
App Menu Item
Book an app menu item to highlight key information. Include a text or an image to effectively present your message.
Push Notifications
Current information will be displayed to participants during the congress via push notifications in the app. The short text can be a maximum of 75 characters and may be supplemented with either a follow-up message (max. 500 characters) or an image. The message can be scheduled for sending, so we kindly ask you to also provide the date and time.
Company Name and Logo
Your company name will be listed in the exhibitor directory within the app. If included in your sponsorship package, you may add a profile text of up to 300 words.

Promote your message via the congress center's info screens.

- Max. 2-color print

Brochures will be displayed prominently in the Congress Center Messe Frankfurt.
